Can I use frozen breastmilk?
Yes. Fresh, refrigerated, frozen, and older stored milk can often be used to create your jewelry. Milk does not have to stay cold when being shipped.
How much breastmilk is needed?
Multiple pieces can be made from only 10 ml of breastmilk, or approximately two teaspoons.
Is a collection kit included?
Yes! Every order includes a collection kit at no additional charge. We have tried to make this process as simple as possible.
When will I get my order?
Collection kits typically ship within 2 to 3 business days. Current turnaround times for completed jewelry are always listed in the website header. Please note your turnaround time starts when your milk is received.
Will my jewelry look like the pictures?
No two pieces are exactly alike because each one is made using your own milk. Slight differences in color and appearance are completely normal and are part of what makes your jewelry unique.
What material is my jewelry?
All products are .925 sterling silver. Your jewelry is also rhodium plated to add durability and more shine.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the item we cannot accept returns. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right!
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. Cancellations requested outside of this time frame cannot be guaranteed a refund.
Can I leave my jewelry on all the time?
We reccommend removing your jewelry prior to washing your hands, using lotion, cleaning with strong chemicals and swimming. See our full care guide here.
How do I send in my milk?
We have tried to make this process as easy as possible!
After receiving your order, we send a breastmilk collection kit in the mail. Inside is a prepaid bubble mailer, a collection tube and a breast milk storage bag. It will include instructions on how to measure and package it. This will also be sent to you via email after placing your order. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive tracking for your collection kit.
